Christian Boghos

I am Christian Boghos and for more than 25 years I have held management positions in large groups and most recently as General Manager Strategy, Communication and Marketing, member of the Executive Committee of ManpowerGroup.
My functions have led me to support Presidents and managers in defining their HR transformation, retention and recruitment strategy, but also in their own communication. It is therefore a look “from the inside” of the company, with its constraints and its possibilities that I propose. No, a theoretical vision of consultants.
Writing is also part of my fields, I have published several books.
Since January 2020, I have created my consulting firm.
