Farid Baddache

Farid is President of Ksapa, an international think tank based between Paris, London and New York, operating through a network of 150+ experts and deploying programs accelerating inclusive growth and decarbonization in different territories located across the G20 economies, Africa , Asia Pacific. With 25 years of experience in large companies (HP, Areva), universities (Paris Saclay, Essec), development agencies (Inter-American Development Bank), he was also for 11 years Managing Director of BSR (Business for Social Responsibility), an American non-profit organization that works in consulting, research and collaborative programs on environmental and social issues, bringing together a network of more than 300 multinational companies based in North America, Europe and Asia.
Author of several books and publications on the relationship between business, sustainability and social responsibility, he is a member of several stakeholder panels, think tanks and boards of directors of impact investment funds. Farid speaks French, English, Spanish, German and Portuguese. He holds an M.B.A. from ESSEC, an M.B.A. from the National University of Singapore in Clean Technology and a PhD in Organizational Sociology from EHESS, the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales de Paris. .
