Elizabeth Kuylenstierna

Elizabeth Kuylenstierna is one of the country’s sharpest leadership coaches, who internationally and nationally supervises both management groups and coaches individually. She works in Swedish and English and is used to lecturing in the USA, Canada, China and around Europe.

Her competence combined with tangible presence on stage and sharp eyes, together with warmth and humor leaves no one unmoved. She has a way of making the difficult topics accessible to everyone and handles an audience of 10 or 1000 people equally personally where everyone feels seen.

She is a supervisor within UGL (Development of Groups and Leaders, the concept of the Preservation High School) and The Human Element, and also works with her own leadership program and workshops both in Sweden and internationally, especially in the USA. She supervises, manages processes and coaches management teams at all levels.

Elizabeth is also a crisis manager and mediator in conflicts, with assignments both in business and the public sector, as well as with training on the subject. She also works with entire workforces in all industries to change cultures, strengthen relationships, resolve conflicts, bring values to life through desired behaviors, lead processes in change, introduce feedback and increase communication – in other words, sharpen the teams so they can work towards even better results.

Elizabeth Kuylenstierna has a background as a therapist in grief, crisis and CBT, and a stubborn belief in human inner power, a belief and trust that she wants to awaken in every individual she meets.

She is deeply involved in social issues and has worked as a volunteer for over 20 years, with various vulnerable groups such as vulnerable children and abused women.

Organizations she works for are BRIS, ECPAT, Tjejzonen and Kvinnojouren, as well as with her own projects for Stockholm’s homeless women.

Elizabeth was named Speaker of the Year 2019 and has received the Eminent Speaker award. She has several best-selling books behind her that have been published in countries such as Germany, Russia, India, Brazil, Estonia and Norway.
