Filippo Addarii

Filippo Addarii is co-founder and managing partner of PlusValue Advisory Ltd, an agency based in London and Milan that specializes in providing innovative solutions to leading organizations in both the public and private sectors. The agency’s main focus is combining growth and sustainability, helping their clients become active participants in the transition towards a low-carbon and equitable economy.

As a serial entrepreneur, Filippo has previously established several companies and organizations in the third sector, such as Nethical srl, Euclid Network Lbg, and Impact Alliance Holding srl. These ventures have consistently aimed for institutional transformation and social impact. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Filippo offers strategic advice on impact investing and social innovation.

He collaborates with various entities including the European Commission, governments of the UK and Italy, United Nations agencies, multinational corporations, and philanthropic foundations. His approach is characterized by a focus on public-private partnerships, a multidisciplinary methodology, systemic innovation, and long-term development.

Filippo’s educational background includes a degree in Philosophy, a Master’s degree in Management of Non-profit Organizations, and a Master of Research degree in Urban Sustainability and Resilience from University College London (UCL). Currently, he is working towards a doctoral degree in sustainable finance at the Institute of Finance and Technology of UCL.
