Vassili Joannidès de Lautour has dedicated more than 20 years to academia and currently holds the position of Academic Dean at IES Business School. His decision to join the institution was fueled by a deep attraction to the founder’s project and vision. In his role, Vassili oversees curriculum design, program quality, accreditations, and recognition. He actively recruits instructors for the diverse range of programs offered and effectively manages the Teaching & Learning department.

Building upon a rich background of over two decades in academia, Vassili has seamlessly transitioned between academic and managerial roles. He specializes in advising high-profile individuals and C-Suite executives seeking to translate their professional expertise into knowledge. Engaging in coaching and consultancy activities, Vassili has served as a facilitator, fostering connections with influential and supportive individuals.

Beyond the academic realm, Vassili leverages his professional expertise to swiftly comprehend concerns and offer pertinent advice. His proficiency in accountability, performance, and the alignment of strategy, operations, and finance in non-profits and public policy has been widely acknowledged. Various organizations, boards of directors, entrepreneurs, as well as MPs and ministers across Europe and Australia, have recognized and benefited from his counsel over the past two decades.
