Rachel Botsman is the global authority on a new era of trust. She studies and teaches how technology is transforming human relationships and what it means for life, work and how we do business. Widely regarded as the guru on the sharing economy, or what some refer to as the collaborative economic platforms like AirBnB, Uber and TaskRabbit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regularly featured in national and international media, she is recognised as one of the \u201dMost Creative People in Business\u201d by Fast Company, a \u201dYoung Global Leader\u201d by the World Economic Forum and received the Thinkers50 Breakthrough Idea Award for a \u2019radical idea which has the potential to change the way we think about business forever\u2019. Rachel was previously a founding partner in the Collaborative Fund, an early stage investor in disruptive ventures, and a former director at President Clinton\u2019s Foundation. Rachel received her BFA (Honors) from the University of Oxford and undertook her post-graduate studies at Harvard University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rachel believes that enduring ideas that can be widely used by people across industries should be grounded in clear frameworks that make complex theories simple. She has advised a diverse range of companies on the power of the collaborative economy as lens to view challenges and unlock new opportunities in the world. She also examines how technology is transforming trust and what this means for life, work and how we do business.<\/p>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
