Gilles Babinet is a multi-entrepreneur. He is co-chairman of the National Council for Digital in France and Digital Champion for France at the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After passing his baccalaureate as a free candidate, Gilles Babinet founded numerous companies in fields as diverse as consulting (Absolut), construction (Escalade Industrie), mobile music (Musiwave, sold for \u20ac139 million), co-creation (Eyeka, whose co-creator community is the largest in the world with 540,000 members), decision-making tools (CaptainDash), etc. Since then, he’s been helping starts up to grow.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2011, Gilles Babinet was elected as first President of the National Council for Digital. He left the Council for a while and came back in 2022 as co-President)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Author of several books such as \u201cBig data, think mankind and world differently\u201d or \u201creshape public policies with digital\u201d, Gilles Babinet also collaborates with the most prominent think tanks on various works related to competitiveness and digital. He teaches in various schools in France and abroad (Sciences Po Paris, INSP, HEC etc). Each year, he participates in the eCAC40 barometer measuring the digital agility of CAC40 companies. He also sits on the board of EY from 2013 to 2019 and on the board of the EDF (French electricity company) foundation. Each year, he is considered as one of the most influential people in Europe for tech.\u00a0<\/p>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
