I have worked with him on client projects across several industries. Whether insurance, finance, automotive, manufacturing or digital business transformation, MJ has always moved the needle in key conversations. He is able to quickly apply research and experience to clients\u2019 business concerns, and not just from an IT perspective. There are many shifts to business, culture, tech and more\u2014and MJ can communicate them across individual experience and technical levels. He does this to inspire new ways of thinking, problem solving, and to educate how to effectively be a change architect within one\u2019s domain.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The author of Causeit\u2019s digitalfluency.guide, MJ\u2019s work focuses on raising the lowest common denominator of Digital Fluency for individuals, teams, and entire organizations.
